Package can be insured until a value of 6000 yens and it takes approximately 7 days or less for mail to arrive at the destination. In some cases, it may take longer due to the handling system of the destination country.

International ePacket Light is a service that delivers an item weighing less than 2 kg to the addressee's mailbox as a SAL (Surface Air Lift) small packet. Tracking service is available.
It takes approximately 2 weeks to arrive at the destination.

Note : This shipping method is available only for these countries : China, U.S.A., Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, and New Zealand.

EMS (Express Mail Service)

EMS is a safe, fast, reliable mail service for posts up to 30kg, over 120 countries and areas worldwide.

Fedex is actually our fastest way to ship package but also the most expensive. Fedex can handle all countries. Whenever you are, the package will be delivered.

- All package are fully insured.

Small Packet Airmail

AIRMAIL is a mail service for posts up to 2kg, over 120 countries and areas worldwide. Delivery will be made approximately 3 - 12 days.
We recommend you to choose AIRMAIL if you buy an accessory or a very cheap dictionary (pocket/basic model)

You have to be careful : Since packages are not insured and there is no tracking code, we can't be responsible for any lost and damages.

Yu-pack is one of the most famous shipping method in Japan. The parcel is delivered on the preferred day and hours specified at the time of deposit !
